Identifying the problem – We review your web analytics data for trends, and identify gaps in the conversion path. This process allows us to define traffic conversion values. Making changes – We create a variation of the page (or pages) we’ve identified as a conversion gap. We do all the wireframing, copywriting, design and coding in-house – so all your IT team needs to do is to copy/paste a snippet of code on your website to split your traffic between your website and the test pages we have created for you.

Finding the solution – We split your traffic evenly and randomly between your original page and the new variations that we build, and then test each on a proportion of your visitor traffic. Each variation’s conversion rate is measured against the original page’s. The best converting variation wins!
Refining the solution – The first test cycle provides us with valuable learnings which we can reapply to further optimise the page variations. We generally recommend a minimum of three test cycles to find the best solution for your website.
